Computers and electronic devices have become a permanent part of our lives making us more efficient however they can place more demand on our physical well being. The most widespread problem is Computer Vision Syndrome which is marked by such symptoms as eyestrain; tired, burning eyes; headaches; blurred vision; neck and back pain; and muscle spasms.
Cumulative exposure to artificial blue-light can contribute to vision problems such as cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.
